Arizona Community Health Workers Association (AZCHOW) Receives Major Grant to Support Certification Efforts

Vitalyst Health Foundation, in partnership with the Arizona Community Foundation and the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona, has recently awarded a grant to the Arizona Community Health Worker Association (AZCHOW) that will aid in the voluntary certification of Community Health Workers.
