Nogales hosts its first Cyclovia

This fall, the first edition of Cyclovia Nogales was brought to a successful conclusion thanks to the collaboration of the City of Nogales, 0S3 Movement, Nogales Police Department, Nogales “Little” Mercado, among other collaborators and volunteers. This event is held to raise awareness of citizenship in the proper use of public streets as well as to promote health through physical activities. This event brought out local vendors, bike riders, and shops to all participate in a curbside community outing. Bike riding being the center focus, cyclovia closed several downtown streets to allow for a safe riding environment to all those who are new to cycling.

Cyclovia Nogales will continue to be carried out free of charge for the entire community of both Nogales and Santa Cruz County every second Sunday of every month from 9am to 1pm in downtown Nogales, Arizona. THe organizing body would like to thank all the participants and sponsors of this great event Cyclovia Nogales, because thanks to them this event came to be.
