Arizona Community Health Workers Association (AzCHOW) Receives New Grant and Has Upcoming Events

Vitalyst Health Foundation, in partnership with the Arizona Community Foundation and the Community Foundation of Southern Arizona, has awarded Innovation Grants to Arizona non-profits including the Arizona Community Health Workers Association (AzCHOW). AzCHOW hopes to use this grant to support and manage the development of a voluntary certification program. Read more about that story HERE!
